Domestic U.S. shipments via ground transport take 10-18 business days - we prioritize durability over speed, using reinforced packaging to protect your work essentials. International shipments to Canada/Europe require 15-25 business days, accounting for customs inspections of workwear materials. Rural deliveries may take 3-5 additional days due to limited carrier routes.

For urgent workwear replacements, expedited shipping prioritizes your order using premium carriers. Note that our heavyweight fabrics and reinforced stitching often exceed standard parcel dimensions, potentially affecting delivery speed.
Expedited service applies only to: (1) In-stock workwear (excluding custom-fit items), (2) Orders placed before 12 PM EST, and (3) Deliveries within contiguous U.S. states. Not available for international shipments or hazardous work environments requiring special clearance.

Expedited fees cover carrier surcharges for heavy workwear parcels and are non-refundable except for our processing errors. Damaged shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for workwear replacement eligibility.
